Corfield Woods Motorsport International Season Review

The last two weeks have been the busiest two weeks for Australian Sprintcar teams with a hand full of American drivers visiting the Australian shores to go head to head with the best that Australia has to offer. This year was almost in doubt with the inclement weather that Sydney had seen during this period, however, Tuesday night, January 5th was when the TPCR International season was bought to a close after the 2010 Scott Darley Memorial was completed after a rain delay.

Corfield Woods Motorsport set for World Series Sprintcars Debut.

Saturday, 5th December is going to be a huge weekend for motorsport here in Sydney. Not only will there be the first ever V8 Supercar Street Race but the World Series Sprintcars tour is coming to race at Sydney’s Tyrepower Parramatta City Raceway for the first time this season.

Corfield Woods Motorsport Conquer Tough Night in the Office

Saturday night, 21st November was the next round for the Sydney Sprintcar Brigade to hit the track for Round Five of the Tyrepower Parramatta City Raceway Track Championship. The night featured the twin feature format which would see two 20 lap feature race events with a 10 minute stoppage for fuel, tires, setup changes etc

Yet Again... Another Successful Night for the Corfield Woods Motorsport Team

After the opening of the 2009/2010 Tyrepower Parramatta City Raceway season opener got washed out on October 3rd, the season has been busy with three race meetings to date. Last night a scheduled rain date and was used for the Round One make up show. Once again Matt turned in a consistent drive and it was great to see the people from Watsons Express Transport there for the nights racing

This past Saturday night, the Corfield Woods Motorsport #44 Matt Young driven machine once again hit the clay way at Tyrepower Parramatta City Raceway and the team continued to head in the right direction by once again qualifying for the A Main event.

Corfield Woods Motorsport Makes the Show!

Saturday, October 31st was the second full night of Sprintcar competition for Matt Young in the Corfield Woods Motorsport #44 machine. The team was 11th quick in time trials with a time of 12.961 seconds.
